Requirements:

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably with complex services.
• A successfully completed degree in economics or a commercial apprenticeship.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
• A pronounced service and results orientation.
• Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English for collaboration with international clients.

Responsibilities:

• Independently care for a fixed base of large, sometimes international customers and work to develop these relationships.
• Develop tailored concepts from a broad portfolio of products and solutions that meet clients' needs.
• Collaborate with clients to create effective campaigns focusing on customer retention, sales promotion, and employee motivation.
• Negotiate contract terms independently and actively contribute to achieving sales goals.
• Build a strong network through regular customer visits and participation in trade fairs.
