Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in brand marketing/creative management.
• At least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in a senior brand marketing role, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with successful brand development track record.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in executing impactful advertising and PR campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing plans that align with KOHO's overall business objectives.
• Oversee impactful advertising campaigns and creative content development.
• Manage media relationships and PR strategy for positive brand coverage.
• Develop and execute social media programs to align with brand goals.
• Conceptualize brand activation events and partner opportunities.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to foster collaboration.
