Requirements:

• College graduate (4 year bachelor's or 2 year associate degrees).
• 2 years of sales experience required, preferably in a business development role.
• Experience using Salesforce proficiently in a sales role.
• Proven track record of working in sales in a new business function.
• Highly organized with great time management abilities.
• Self-starter who is highly motivated.
• Outstanding written and oral communication.
• Excels at building relationships and training new customers.
• Real estate/lending experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with new broker leads to obtain Kiavi Broker Program approval and drive in new loan submissions.
• Reach out on LinkedIn and other platforms proactively to net new contacts to encourage them to sign up as a Kiavi broker.
• Win back approved churned brokers by driving new loan submits.
• Train new brokers on Kiavi’s loan programs, technology platform, and credit policy.
• Attend conferences and network with brokers to drive more approvals.
