• 7+ years of B2B SaaS Field Marketing experience, with proven track record of managing strategy, budgets, metrics, and sales engagement.
• Ability to adapt to a growth company's dynamic nature.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
• Deep understanding of event operations, vendor management, and standards for enterprise targeting events.
• Experience breaking into new markets.
• Hands-on experience with sales and marketing automation systems.

Responsibilities:

• Own the field marketing and events strategy.
• Work cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and other teams to develop and execute go-to-market programs.
• Develop and execute various marketing programs, both virtual and in-person, to increase brand awareness and drive demand generation.
• Manage budget and ensure effective resource allocation to optimize spend and maximize ROI.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to guide regional priorities.
• Monitor KPIs and metrics to measure program effectiveness and demonstrate ROI to senior management.
