Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience leading teams in customer-facing roles (Account Management, Client Success, Sales).
  • Management of at least $100 million in ARR with 100% YoY expansion.
  • Experience in B2B, Benefits Administration, Digital Therapeutics, or related digital health fields.
  • Problem-solving and strong negotiation skills with a focus on client health.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Google Suite, Asana, and Slack.
Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of team's outcomes including ARR, adoption, health score, and customer satisfaction.

  • Train teams on product value and support stakeholder strategy development.
  • Mitigate risks to client health and manage administrative tasks related to client campaigns.
