Requirements:

• Exceptional analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.

• Foundational IT knowledge and skills, applied to support and enhance POS system functionality.
• 2-3 years of experience in the car wash POS space is desirable.
• Familiarity with APIs and system integration concepts.
• Experience working with POS systems, particularly in industries with complex operational needs.
• An interest in learning and adapting to emerging POS technologies and trends.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research into various POS systems, documenting APIs, operational frameworks, and common issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with POS partners, acting as the primary contact for troubleshooting and feature discussions.
• Serve as the primary resource for both customer success and engineering teams on POS-related questions and issues.
• Participate in customer and internal meetings to address technical questions and resolve POS challenges.
• Create and update internal documentation to clearly explain the technical and conceptual aspects of POS systems.
• Ensure that all teams have the knowledge and resources needed to work effectively with POS technologies.
• Work closely with developers to bridge technical and non-technical domains, enhancing product quality and team efficiency.
• Address network-related challenges impacting POS system performance, including diagnosing connectivity and latency issues.
• Stay updated on the latest POS system technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Leverage POS knowledge to help scope and shape product expansions.
