Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience with a proven track record in a similar role in the Information technology field.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, and formal presentation, with the ability to communicate confidently to senior leadership.
  • Advanced SQL skills (window functions, stored procedures, CTE’s, etc.).
  • Proficient Python skills.
  • Knowledge of data types and database structures (BigQuery familiarity is a plus).
  • Proficient in general Go-to-Market (GTM) principles and strategies.
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing data including lead generation, lead lifecycles, web analytics, A/B testing, Paid Advertising, and attribution models.
  • Advanced proficiency with business intelligence tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
Responsibilities:
  • Present and translate complex information in relevant business terms.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing and digital marketing teams to provide performance analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Regularly create, edit, and improve complex SQL queries for data extraction and automation.
  • Utilize Looker, SQL, and Python to develop ad hoc reports that are digestible and relevant.
  • Provide data for full funnel analysis, nurture campaign performance, and campaign ROI focusing on optimization.
  • Develop robust and insightful reports to communicate performance of sales teams, marketing events, business development, and customer lifecycles.
