Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding e-cigarette products and services.
• Assist with inquiries about product usage, features, and troubleshooting issues.
• Resolve complaints and customer issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to relay customer feedback for service improvement.
