Requirements:

• 2+ years in sales and customer service.
• Experience with automotive dealerships or OEMs beneficial.
• Understanding of audience communication.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Comfortable with technology and subscription services.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel 60 to 70 percent of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Clearly communicate benefits of OnStar to dealerships.
• Establish relationships with dealers as a trusted advisor.
• Act as a liaison between OnStar and assigned dealerships.
• Conduct training for dealer personnel on OnStar products and services.
• Analyze sales performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor metrics to ensure goals are met.
• Resolve dealer-customer satisfaction issues.
