Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping tasks using Xero, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Utilize Xero to its full capabilities, auditing records for accuracy and compliance.
• Generate detailed financial reports and analyze data for strategic recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and assist with tax preparations.
