Requirements:

• Active software development experience or a background in development or a DevOps role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and experience with automation tools such as Terraform.
• Capability to respond to functional and technical requests for information/proposals (RFIs/RFPs).
• Ability to communicate customer requirements to engineering teams.
• Willingness to travel throughout the sales territory with minimal restrictions.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations that show value to the customer.
• Work directly with customers to troubleshoot and debug common errors.
• Connect business problems to appropriate technical solutions.
• Understand and convey the technology's value propositions.
• Drive complex technical engagements to validate Harness solutions with customers.
