Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Business Administration is preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant technical product management experience in technical product development roles focused on client onboardings.
• 3+ years of experience with new product planning and delivery, from concept to feasibility to development and launch.
• Proven experience in establishing new cross-functional and product-related processes.
• Experience with API systems, JSON, AWS, Excel, Tableau, and other monitoring and troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client onboardings, ensuring a seamless and effective experience.
• Plan and track onboarding tasks, coordinating internal dependencies with other teams within Experian.
• Explain technical specifications of the product, with strong knowledge in API, JSON, AWS, monitoring, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Communicate effectively with technical and product management teams to quickly resolve issues during onboarding.
• Develop and present dashboards on onboarding status to leadership, defining strategies for improvement and efficiency.
