Requirements:
  • At least 8-10 years of health plan partnership experience and expertise in building relationships with channel partners.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting/exceeding partnership targets while selling to senior health plan executives.
  • Proven ability to build a robust pipeline of opportunities and close deals.
  • Ability to leverage customer relationships to generate a pipeline.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement health plan strategies to transform how fertility care is delivered and consumed in the payer space.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless experience for health plan partners.
  • Define and own the health plan partnership and sales roadmap, developing best-in-class sales processes to meet short- and long-term goals.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team focused on meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Remain current on industry, client, and competitive trends to anticipate new business challenges.
  • Serve as the Voice of the Customer by gathering feedback to enhance product features and consumer experience.
