Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering or a related field.
  • Consulting and/or product management experience or equivalent work experience is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of SaaS and experience supporting SaaS customers.
  • Working knowledge of relational database structures and concepts.
  • Ability to write moderately complex SQL queries involving a few tables.
  • Some experience in using browser diagnostic tools.
  • Experience with ticketing system, preferably Zendesk and Jira.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop expertise with PeopleFluent’s HR software products.
  • Intake customer issues via phone or ticketing application.
  • Triage tickets to create action plans for resolution.
  • Diagnose software and systems failures using established procedures.
  • Engage internal teams and utilize knowledgebase articles.
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the ticket lifecycle.
