Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering or a related field.
- Consulting and/or product management experience or equivalent work experience is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of SaaS and experience supporting SaaS customers.
- Working knowledge of relational database structures and concepts.
- Ability to write moderately complex SQL queries involving a few tables.
- Some experience in using browser diagnostic tools.
- Experience with ticketing system, preferably Zendesk and Jira.
Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise with PeopleFluent’s HR software products.
- Intake customer issues via phone or ticketing application.
- Triage tickets to create action plans for resolution.
- Diagnose software and systems failures using established procedures.
- Engage internal teams and utilize knowledgebase articles.
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the ticket lifecycle.
