Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• License to practice independently in the state of Illinois with: LCSW or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
• Experience with Individual & Family-focused therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, health psychology, CADC, marriage and family therapy, IOP/PHP programs, and group therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload plus supervision of supervisees.
• Provide weekly supervision to a maximum of four supervisees.
• Support supervisees in facilitating and documenting proper assessments and referrals.
• Review and sign supervisees' notes ensuring proper documentation.
• Approve biweekly clinical hours and other requests.
• Follow IDFPR guidelines for supervision requirements.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health conditions.
• Participate in CEU and didactic training programs.
• Engage in program development opportunities.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Manage individual schedule using an electronic scheduler.
• Attend individual/group supervision and required department meetings.
