Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a related role for at least 5-8 years.
• Familiarity with HR business processes.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
• Experience with project management tools (Jira).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Experience in creating detailed reports, process documentation, and presentations.
• Previous experience in IT projects related to HR processes.
• Familiarity with systems integration projects.
• Advanced experience with Confluence and Jira.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Familiarity with SQL and AI is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the entire IT project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Define project goals, work plans, and deadlines.
• Coordinate IT activities and business stakeholders to ensure project progress.
• Gather and document business requirements by working with stakeholders and conducting detailed interviews.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure common understanding of project goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business cases, process flows, and use cases.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with technical requirements.
• Monitor project progress using the Jira project management tool.
• Communicate project status to the internal stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Solve problems that may arise during the project lifecycle, intervening promptly to keep the project on schedule.
• Prepare periodic reports and post-project analysis.
