• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service roles, ideally within the consumer products or technology sectors.
• Strong communication skills with a keen emphasis on customer service and satisfaction.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with customer support software and tools is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer requests concurrently.
• A genuine interest in e-cigarette products and regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding e-cigarette products and services.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting any issues they encounter.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service and product offerings.
• Collaborate effectively with various teams to resolve customer issues swiftly.
