Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
• Proven experience in customer service, consulting, or technical support, preferably related to software or cybersecurity.
• Understanding of online security principles and practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with Dutch-speaking clients to assess their online security requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions.
• Guide customers through the installation and setup process of the security software.
• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to clients on best practices for online security.
• Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations to enhance client understanding and usability of our software.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, support requests, and resolutions.
• Work closely with the product development team to relay client feedback and support product improvements.
• Stay updated on security industry trends, threats, and advancements to provide timely and relevant advice.
