Requirements:

• 1-3 years of Fraud Analyst experience in a digital retail environment.
• Understanding of Automated Digital Fraud Detection Systems with decision-making skills.
• Solid analytics understanding with proficiency in report writing software.
• Ability to use Microsoft products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerBI.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review dotcom orders for potential fraud and take appropriate actions.
• Assist investigations utilizing specialized software for data mining and link analysis.
• Identify patterns of fraudulent activity across all CVS Health digital channels.
• Proactively develop intelligence to support fraud mitigation objectives.
• Share information with various CVS Health business partners.
• Analyze chargeback reports to discern trends and root causes.
• Field customer service complaint calls regarding transaction-related issues.
• Support investigative entities by escalating fraud threats and providing necessary data.
