Requirements:

• Based in the US (East Coast).
• Over 4 years of experience delivering technology projects.
• Proven experience in delivering real estate-related SaaS solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge and experience with CRE software integrations such as Yardi, MRI, Argus, VTS, with ETL and API integration experience (Yardi a must).
• Proven experience in project management principles and tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• BSc in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience as a software developer - advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee delivery of our SaaS platform to customers, ensuring on-time completion and alignment with business objectives.
• Assess customer requirements to confirm platform suitability or identify necessary customizations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate systems and deploy the platform.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure quality assurance of deliverables.
• Stay informed of industry trends and recommend enhancements to the platform.
