Requirements:

• Are an analytical and structured thinker.
• Excel at finding the right metric to optimize and then optimizing it.
• Drive insight through data.
• Have a proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects to success.
• Are driven & highly productive.
• Are excited about rolling up your sleeves at a hyper-growth technology startup.
• Have at least a bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or other quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Have 6+ years of work experience, including a background in SaaS software.
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity is a strong plus.
• Extra credit if you have direct experience as an engineer or in using Vercel’s products!

Responsibilities:

• Develop performance metrics and drive their achievement.
• Inform company-level strategic decisions through targeted projects.
• Help other teams achieve goals and improve effectiveness.
• Develop deep expertise in critical areas like self-service revenue, customer research, or product strategy.
• Lead execution of large-scale projects that directly impact business results.
• Incubate new levers of growth.
• Drive company-wide process improvements.
