Requirements:

• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
• 5-8 years of overall professional experience, preferably within consulting or professional services.
• Proven track record in team leadership and financial systems management.
• Experience overseeing multiple offices in different geographies.
• Experience working in Saudi or with Saudi entities is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
• Support senior management with financial insights.
• Ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies and timelines.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Reconcile balance sheet items and manage intercompany reconciliations.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with local laws.
• Implement financial system improvements and ensure internal controls compliance.
• Mentor team members and lead the audit process.
