Responsibilities:

• Take a hands-on approach in managing all financial operations—accounting, reporting, and beyond—ensuring smooth execution across clients from various industries.
• Lead and mentor teams of accountants and FP&A associates, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of client needs.
• Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and forecasts to executive management, providing actionable insights.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, pivoting effortlessly between industries to meet their financial needs and ensure satisfaction.
