Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, business, or technical discipline; Master's preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• 7+ years project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or CRO environment.
• Experience in budget management and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Supervisory or mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects and execute tasks in line with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Act as main point of contact for client relationships for studies and sponsor portfolios.
• Independently lead complex global clinical trial projects, managing risks and resources.
• Develop operational plans for new systems and support business development efforts.
• Ensure accurate financial oversight, reporting, and compliance with invoicing guidelines.
