Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing / performance marketing.
• Hands-on proficiency with Google and Meta.
• Excellent technical and analytical skills with tools like Looker.
• Hands-on familiarity with SQL is a strong plus.
• Experience in building and managing performance marketing programs for product-led and sales-assisted business.
• Readiness to work in an intense startup environment.
• Openness to constructive feedback.
• Preference for candidates on the East Coast, preferably Boston or New York, but considers other locations for the right candidate.
• Native-level fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Manages paid media across SEM, LinkedIn, Meta, and additional channels.
• Ensures measurement is in place for accurate attribution of pipeline.
• Collaborates with the data team for clear reporting.
• Develops test and optimization plans for efficiency improvement.
• Identifies high-potential media opportunities.
• Manages media creative strategy with input from product marketing.
• Communicates results and opportunities to the Head of Marketing and leadership.
