• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js.
• Experience with modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and Web APIs.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools and package managers.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with common design tools.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
• Experience in developing tools and scripts for automation.
• Strong knowledge of version control tools, especially GitHub.
• Demonstrated exceptional customer support skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with a history of working across teams.
• Passion for creating technical documentation and tutorials.
• Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex issues.
