Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in progress in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Intermediate Microsoft Suite skills including advanced skill in Excel.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve invoice errors to ensure 98% on-time payment.
• Track and identify where invoices are failing and what steps need to be taken to maintain on-time payment in the future.
• Partner with carriers to manage aging reports and resolve open invoices.
• Identify trends and escalate if support is needed at a broader level to maintain on-time payment.
