Requirements:

• Accounting degree or qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Finance controlling experience (minimum 5 years).
• Experience of working with SOX and SAP.
• Fluency in English (minimum C1).
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Developed analytical skills.
• Outside-of-the-box thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the comprehensive reporting of financial results with commentary on income, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Manage all aspects of the financial month-end close and review process.
• Facilitate month-end meetings and coordinate with relevant parties.
• Ensure accurate P&L reporting and manage inventory and profit transfer releases.
• Perform variance analysis for Balance Sheet, Operating expenses, Margins, and Profitability.
• Participate in business review meetings.
• Own the entity balance sheet, including write-off decisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external financial controls.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors.
• Manage a team of 3 direct reports.
