Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in business development or sales within the avionics, aerospace, or related high-tech industry.
  • Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets and securing significant contracts.
  • Extensive experience selling complex technical solutions to commercial and defense customers.
  • Proven ability to build C-level relationships and navigate organizational structures.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
  • Must be eligible to obtain necessary security clearances.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to USG contract requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive, multi-year business development strategy targeting key commercial and defense avionics customers.
  • Lead identification, qualification, and cultivation of strategic relationships and high-value sales opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop value propositions, presentations, and proposals that articulate AQNav's technology benefits.
  • Lead contract negotiations ensuring favorable terms and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal leadership to ensure successful execution of agreements.
  • Represent AQNav at industry events to build brand recognition and generate leads.
  • Monitor KPIs related to sales pipeline growth and revenue generation.
