Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in business development or sales within the avionics, aerospace, or related high-tech industry.
- Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets and securing significant contracts.
- Extensive experience selling complex technical solutions to commercial and defense customers.
- Proven ability to build C-level relationships and navigate organizational structures.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
- Must be eligible to obtain necessary security clearances.
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to USG contract requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, multi-year business development strategy targeting key commercial and defense avionics customers.
- Lead identification, qualification, and cultivation of strategic relationships and high-value sales opportunities.
- Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop value propositions, presentations, and proposals that articulate AQNav's technology benefits.
- Lead contract negotiations ensuring favorable terms and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal leadership to ensure successful execution of agreements.
- Represent AQNav at industry events to build brand recognition and generate leads.
- Monitor KPIs related to sales pipeline growth and revenue generation.
