Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• At least 8 years of work experience in a related position with a Bachelor's degree.
• Willingness to conduct weekly business travel within Wisconsin (50%).
• Ability to build relationships with market actors and trade allies through calls and meetings.
• Familiarity with the HVAC and/or commercial kitchen equipment industry.
• Work experience in sales or with HVAC/commercial kitchen contractors, distributors, or manufacturers is preferred.
• Excellent business acumen, communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis using Excel.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Salesforce to track activity is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with development, enhancement, and maintenance of relationships with HVAC and commercial kitchen equipment manufacturers, distributors, and contractors.
• Travel to trade ally locations to drive energy efficiency incentive program performance, build rapport and connections.
• Track market activity and developments to develop knowledge and accurately predict market activity.
• Assist in developing outreach plans for new and existing programs.
• Analyze program-level participation statistics, market and economic data to determine sales potential.
• Develop familiarity with public data resources relevant to strategic interests and report development.
