• You have previous work or internship experience designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale.
• You are experienced using Python or Kotlin.
• You are familiar with distributed systems, and technologies such as AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• You can turn simple problems into solutions interacting with multiple software components.
• You can navigate large code bases, debug, and provide feedback through code reviews.
• You demonstrate ownership of your growth and seek feedback proactively.
• You possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
