Requirements:

• BSc/MA in Statistics, Math, Economics, Computer Science, Operations Research, or Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in quantitative data analysis roles involving user behavior.
• Expertise in statistics, hypothesis testing, and experiment design.
• Experience with A/B tests and advanced statistical methods.
• Proficiency in predictive and causal inference modeling.
• Expertise in using R and Python for data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
• Advanced experience with SQL.

Responsibilities:

• Get insight from an enormous amount of data and partner with the marketing team.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of marketing models.
• Monitor and analyze marketing uplift tests with statistical rigor.
• Develop testable models and algorithms that provide measurable business impact.
