Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance.
  • Familiarity with Cyber Liability and Technology E&O insurance.
  • Existing relationships with Local country and/or Nordic.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, virtual environment.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Aptitude to learn technical concepts and terms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Strong language capabilities (Minimum local language and English).
Responsibilities:
  • Develop new broker relationships from inbound leads and strategic outreach.
  • Identify target brokers and clients for new outbound campaigns.
  • Meet target quota of qualified opportunities, value of sales pipeline, and closed business.
  • Report, track, and manage sales activities and results.
  • Manage all post-sales activities for Coalition’s broker partners through strong relationship-building.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and discuss relevant features with brokers.
  • Identify risks to brokers' business goals and work to resolve them.
  • Monitor performance and trends in Coalition adoption and provide guidance with periodic reviews.
