Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in program management, DEIB, employee engagement, or social impact initiatives.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and present data effectively to inform decisions and demonstrate program impact.
• Innovative thinker with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Fetch It Forward program, focusing on community engagement and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Partner with nonprofits and external organizations to develop values-aligned programs.
• Measure and report on social impact initiatives, showcasing milestones and ROI.
• Develop and implement programs to advance inclusion across Fetch and foster a culture of belonging.
• Support and partner with Fetch’s eight Employee Resource Groups, promoting diversity and inclusion.
• Design and manage employee engagement initiatives, including events, workshops, and recognition.
• Provide tools and support for ERG leaders, serving as a liaison.
• Build dashboards and reports to track DEIB and engagement metrics.
