• Expert knowledge of POS systems.
• Strong technical skills to assist clients.
• Ability to work closely with various teams including Customer Experience, Deployment Managers, and Product Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customers to provide expert-level support for Olo's POS integrations.
• Assist both new brands and existing ones in understanding and achieving their unique goals and business processes.
• Offer expert POS and industry knowledge to aid in the evolution of Olo's product offerings related to POS systems.
• Provide technical and product knowledge expertise to clients, Deployment Managers, Technical Specialists, and Product Managers.
