Requirements:

• Proven experience in software project management.
• Advanced knowledge and practical application of XP methodology (highly desirable).
• Familiarity with collaborative and management tools: Figma (or similar), GitHub Copilot (or alternative), Notion (or equivalent), Monday, ClickUp, Trello (or similar).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, aimed at aligning objectives between technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and resolve problems in high-demand environments.
• Collaborative attitude and teamwork orientation.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a key intermediary between the Product Owner and the technical team, negotiating and effectively communicating requirements.
• Ensure correct implementation of the XP methodology and foster a collaborative environment based on agile practices.
• Supervise project progress, prioritizing tasks and managing risks to meet objectives.
• Facilitate daily meetings, retrospectives, and other ceremonies related to XP and agile methodologies.
• Promote the use of collaborative tools and AI assistants to optimize project management.
• Supervise project documentation on platforms like Notion or similar.
• Coordinate the use of project management tools such as Monday, ClickUp, Trello, or equivalents.
• Ensure efficient utilization of collaborative design tools like Figma for interface and product design.
