Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in Instructional Design.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Creative Writing.
• Strong views about effective communication to diverse audiences.
• Good eye for visual design.
• JLPT certification of N2 and above.

Responsibilities:

• Leads Instructional Designers and subject matter experts to develop e-learning course content.
• Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, and evaluates online learning solutions based on client requirements.
• Guides a team through projects to ensure creative and effective training solutions.
• Develops templates, organizes course content files, and manages documentation and version control.
• Runs creative meetings and ensures timely project delivery across multiple delivery methods.
