Requirements:
  • You have first experiences in customer support.
  • You are familiar with Zendesk or other ticketing tools such as Intercom, Helpshift, Freshdesk, Salesforce, LiveAgent, or Zoho Desk.
  • You work reliably and independently, and enjoy learning new things.
  • You are empathetic and have a passion for helping people, along with good organizational skills.
  • Your working style is swift, structured, and you enjoy finding solutions to unknown problems.
  • You speak German and English fluently (additional languages are a plus).
Responsibilities:
  • You assist customers with their inquiries regarding NeuroNation.
  • You respond to emails, feedback, reviews, and reports using Zendesk.
  • You report and escalate technical problems to relevant teams.
  • You communicate and assist customers through social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
