- Developing talent and fostering an inclusive culture within the product management team.
- Owning the product strategy and roadmap for Ads and Partnerships.
- Driving the vision for ads products, aligning with company goals, and ensuring delivery of customer value.
- Meeting business metrics and communicating progress to senior leadership.
