Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with graphic designers, marketing, and content teams to write on-brand copy for collegiate and corporate clientele.
• Analyze sales data, communications, and customer behavior to develop retention marketing strategies and execution plans.
• Execute cross-functional retention marketing work with sales and other marketing team members for successful account retention.
• Analyze the effectiveness of retention campaigns and apply findings to future initiatives.
• Take ownership of projects that can add value to the team.
