Project Manager - Digital

Proven leadership capabilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience managing multiple business change workstreams within a multi-million-pound portfolio, ideally in IT technical or functional projects. Skilled in MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in Engineering Change Management and IT System Integrations is desirable. Previous experience in nuclear, energy, construction, or manufacturing is highly desirable. Confident decision-making with the ability to gain stakeholder alignment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Manage the implementation and delivery of multiple small to medium-sized IT and digital projects. Ensure seamless delivery within Time, Cost, and Quality constraints. Develop and maintain Project Delivery Plans to support planned activities. Plan and organise project-related meetings and activities. Coordinate project dependencies across service lines within the Digital and IT team. Identify and manage Risks, Issues, Assumptions, and Dependencies. Produce weekly project reports and ensure stakeholders are informed of progress. Provide delivery assurance oversight to ensure project milestones are met. Support the Digital & IT Finance team with project finances.
