Requirements:
  • Required Education Level: Masters Degree or higher in Nursing.
  • Licensure/Certification Requirements include valid CRNP/APRN and RN licenses for NJ, PMHNP-BC certification, and an active DEA license.
  • At least one year of post-licensure psychotherapy experience.
  • Experience with outpatient settings, telehealth, and relevant psychotherapy modalities (CBT, DBT).
  • Proficient with EHR software and documentation during patient sessions.
  • Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude.
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop curated patient-centered treatment plans.
  • Provide appropriate psychotherapy practices that leverage various modalities along with proper psychopharmacology prescribing practices.
  • Prescribe medication prescriptions considering patients' well-being.
  • Counsel diverse patient populations in a telehealth environment, maintaining a standard of service for 50 patients weekly.
  • Coach patients on managing health conditions and provide therapy for positive behavior changes.
  • Counsel and provide crisis intervention, ensuring clinical standards and timely documentation.
  • Participate in supervision groups and training sessions.
