  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a digital, advertising, or influencer marketing environment, particularly in beauty or luxury.
  • Experience managing multiple VIP partners in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expert negotiation skills with six-figure campaign budgets.
  • 3 years of management experience required.
  • Superior relationship-building skills and ability to inspire trust.
  • Proactive with fresh ideas and improvement processes.
  • Direct experience with on-site influencer activations.
