Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience working with web applications and architecture.
• Proficiency in C#, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (vanilla).
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading a development team is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Guide a team of software engineers in software design, development, and implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business objectives.
• Mentor team members through regular one-on-ones and performance reviews.
• Lead architectural discussions and key technical decisions.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high code quality standards.
• Conduct code reviews and implement testing processes.
