Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer business challenges, requirements, and objectives.
• Conduct discovery sessions and workshops with prospective clients to gather technical and business requirements.
• Conduct detailed product demonstrations showcasing software functionalities and benefits.
• Tailor demos to client needs and highlight product differentiators.
• Provide support in RFP and RFI responses.
• Assist in creating sales collateral and case studies.
• Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer success teams for alignment.
• Share insights from customer interactions to improve sales and product offerings.
• Provide internal training on product features and selling techniques.
