Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Communication, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, editing, or an equivalent role.
• Experience producing sales and marketing content for web and social media.
• Proven ability to write clear and engaging technical content.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using generative AI for content production.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in oil & gas, chemicals, manufacturing, or heavy processing industries is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop new content ideas.
• Research and ghostwrite original content including blog posts, articles, and white papers on relevant topics.
• Conduct interviews with SMEs to synthesize information into narratives.
• Integrate generative AI in content production workflows and edit AI-generated content.
• Review and edit various marketing materials ensuring accuracy and readability.
• Maintain brand voice and guidelines across all content.
• Stay current with industry trends and identify emerging technologies.
