Requirements:

• 3-4 years of industrial experience with .NET, C#, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• A recognized degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Strong expertise in CSS3 and HTML5.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality products.
• Conduct regular code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
• Provide technical leadership in evaluating and adopting new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret requirements to fulfill domain needs.
• Guide and implement best engineering practices.
• Ensure product performance and maintainability by adhering to standards, guidelines, processes, and tools.
• Actively communicate with stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Prepare the team, delegate tasks, and set deadlines/ETAs.
• Manage multiple assignments efficiently and organize them effectively.
• Train new employees and provide coaching.
• Document key workflows and maintain accurate, up-to-date team information.
