Requirements:
  • 5+ years of channel sales experience with accountability for partner-led bookings and revenue targets.
  • Located in the United Kingdom is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies.
  • Proficiency in multi-level channel selling environments.
  • Familiarity with selling and fulfilling solutions through the channel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work remotely in a self-directed environment.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and G-Suite products.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen business relationships with new and assigned partners.
  • Identify and target new in-region partners; recruit, train, and onboard them effectively.
  • Ensure partners are fully aware of Cyware's capabilities and differentiators.
  • Communicate Cyware's value proposition to partner decision-makers.
  • Attend partner events as needed.
  • Create and maintain metrics for each partner in the region.
  • Work closely with Sales Directors for joint selling motions.
  • Partner with technical allies for joint GTM strategies.
  • Drive pipeline creation through partner engagement.
  • Support sales efforts by explaining Cyware's value proposition in sales calls.
  • Develop a business plan to achieve target revenues.
  • Execute on partner objectives set by management.
  • Measure and report on partner success.
  • Assist in developing support materials.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Training for comprehensive partner engagement.
  • Work closely with field marketing for events and campaigns.
