Responsibilities:

• Build, develop, and inspire a global SDR team, ensuring engagement with prospects and customers.
• Create scalable, data-driven processes that enable exceeding pipeline and revenue goals.
• Manage performance analytics to align with company objectives.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to develop and execute strategies.
