Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations or similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with standard Salesforce objects and their data.
- Experience with building custom reports for pipeline tracking.
- Understanding of sales cycle and forecast categories.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data clearly.
- Experience supporting quota-carrying sales teams is a plus.
- Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Optimization: Analyze, document, and refine sales workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain data integrity within the CRM and sales tools, generate reports, and deliver actionable insights.
- Performance Analytics: Track and analyze sales performance against KPIs, identifying trends for improvement.
- Tool Administration: Oversee and optimize sales technologies to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with marketing, finance, and product teams for effective lead management and forecasting.
- Forecasting Support: Assist in developing accurate sales forecasts using historical data and market trends.
- Training & Documentation: Develop and maintain training materials for sales tools and processes.
